About me

My name is Matt Johnson, and I've been making apps for Apple's Platform since 2012. My most recent app, Stuff Maker, was acquired.

I'm from New York, where I enjoy life as a dad to two kids with my wife Julia. Besides creating apps for Apple's Platform — iOS, macOS, watchOS, and visionOS —, I find a lot of joy in teaching what I've learned through technical articles and courses.

As an app developer, I spend most of my time as an Indie Developer — I have 5 apps on the App Store —, though I still join some gigs as a freelancer developer when I see a nice opportunity.
